Thanks to the latest-generation ScanArm CAM2 Faro, it is possible to quickly and accurately capture any object shape or part of a motorbike, so that it can work on the reverse engineering of its possible applications.
CAD design, with the aid of CAE - Computer Added Engineering - is required for static and dynamic structural computer analyses. At this stage there are the first tests, even if digitally, in order to limit waste and solve the first possible problems.
We then proceed with the prototype creation by rapid prototyping and related physical testing of the prototype on application or on special test benches for aesthetic and functional validation of the product.
Once this first semi-test has been carried out, a feasibility study and CAM programming is carried out for the pre-series production.
Now the most exciting part: here comes the test on the bike on the track or on the road and the final test. And here we celebrate! Now you can move on to series production, surface treatments and laser marking.
From this moment, the product is officially on the market! Ready to be easily installed on your motorbike, thanks to the plug & play system.
