How can I return an item?
Purchased items may be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The returned product must be carefully packed and sent back in its original packaging. It is important that each piece is packaged individually to prevent the various components from crashing during transport. Any defects identified may be deducted from the reimbursement amount. The returned material must be accompanied by the corresponding return form that you can download from our website in the "Diritto di recesso" section. The transport of the material may be freely chosen by you and the cost is entirely at your charge, unless otherwise agreed.
HOW MUCH IS A SHIPMENT?
The shipping cost depends on the country of destination and on the weight and volume of the shipment. To find out the exact price for you, please contact us by email at info@evotech-rc.it.
How do I open an account on the evotech website?
If you are a private person, you need to go to the login section and create a new account by entering all your details. It is important to specify your full name and surname as well as a sure address where to deliver the goods of you order. For Italian customers it is obligatory to specify the fiscal code. We always recommend that you enter a valid e-mail address and telephone number in order to better manage the delivery of the material..
If you are a company, you can register by entering all data including VAT number, tax code and SDI code (or pec in the case of an Italian company). If you are an EU or Extra-EU shop, we ask you, however, to specify a company ID or VAT number for your business. We remind you that the account, once created, must receive approval from Evotech. You will receive a specific email once your account has been confirmed. From this moment on, you will be able to place your orders from the website in accordance with your specific conditions.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
From the moment the goods are dispatched, delivery times are approximately 24/48 hours in Italy and 3 - 4 working days abroad. Delivery times may vary and rise on specific holidays time such as Christmas, August and Easter.
HOW LONG DOES THE PRODUCT WARRANTY LAST?
Evotech products are guaranteed for 5 years, except for some specific ones that degrade more easily than others because they come into contact with heat sources (e.g. engine oil caps). In this case, the 5-year guarantee is not valid. However, each case will be assessed specifically.
IS THE EVOTECH LICENCE PLATE HOLDER HOMOLOGATED?
The Evotech licence plate holder has been certified by the German KBA, which has issued (via approval number 91835) a certificate stating that the Evotech licence plate holder is certified and complies with certain rules. You can download this certification from our website, in the "DETAILS AND TECHNICAL DATA SHEET" Please note that this certification is applicable for the German territory.
What accessories are included with the Evotech licence plate holder?
The evotech licence plate holder does NOT include licence plate light, reflector and holder, wire cover plate, indicators, original indicators supports. These accessories must always be purchased separately in the specific licence plate holder accessories section.
CAN I KEEP THE ORIGINAL PLATE LIGHT AND INDICATORS ON YOUR LICENCE PLATE HOLDER?
The Evotech licence plate holder is not designed to mount the original licence plate light, so if you want to keep the oem light you have to make an adjustment. Regarding the original indicators in most of our licence plate holders you can mount the indicators directly on the licence plate bracket or through specific indicator supports that you have to buy separately in the accessories section.
How do I select my country's plate when purchasing licence plate holders?
The licence plate support that is included in the kit is the one corresponding to the number plate size of the country of destination of the goods. In case your country is not among those we already know about, we will contact you to ask for the size of the number plate support.
